Soft Neoprene with a hard PVC brushing guard over the fetlock bone.
Doublehook and loop so they stay put.
Large size only. Sold in pairs.
Measured with the edges of the neoprene just touching at the middle of where they meet is 12" circumference. They can be overlapped about 1.5" smaller.
